Our History

Bloom Behavior started in 2017 when two analysts came together and decided to answer the needs of quality ABA services. Their goal is not only to serve individuals and families in need but to share their knowledge with others so they can continue to pave the way

Our Mission

Bloom Behavior is dedicated to providing individualized and quality therapy to those with autism and other developmental delays. We will supply individuals and their families with techniques and tools supported by Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help them reach their full potential. Our commitment is to establish a cooperative partnership through trust, respect, and communication with your family.

About the Owners
Mia Richards, MA, BCBA
CEO

Mia embarked on her professional journey in the field of psychology, earning her degree from the University of Central Florida in 2012. She furthered her expertise by becoming a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2016 and achieved Board Certified Behavior Analyst status in 2020.

She has extensive experience that includes working with adolescents and adults who have severe behaviors and developmental delays. She has applied her skills across diverse environments, including homes, schools, clinics, and residential facilities, helping individuals from childhood through adulthood.

As CEO, she is dedicated to enhancing the lives of those she serves. She focuses on helping individuals realize their full potential and improve their quality of life by teaching language, developing social and life skills, and introducing new experiences through therapy.

Mia is also passionate about disseminating Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and highlighting the benefits it brings. She actively works to educate the community about the principles of ABA and its effectiveness in improving behaviors, fostering independence, and enhancing the overall well-being of individuals.
